Seven-year-old B.L. Greene
remembered nothing of the demolition of the house, nor of
being carried away, but woke up to find himself trapped in
flood debris. He spent the night in the mud and logs, then
freed himself the next day and walked home to find his house
gone and his three sisters dead.
